A French ANXI Cuirassier's Sword No. 2054 and 248, Dated 1811 Of regulation pattern, with tapering fullered blade double-edged at the point, and etched with dated Klingenthal manufactory details along the back at the forte, the forte on one side (pitted) stamped with indistinct inspector's marks, regulation brass hilt of three bars swept up to join the knuckle-guard, the guard stamped with inspector's marks and 'VERSAILLES', and cord-bound leather-covered grip (incomplete, wire binding missing), in its steel scabbard indistinctly numbered and struck with an inspector's mark on the upper suspension mount, and with two rings for suspension 97.3 cm. blade For further information on this lot please visit Bonhams.com For further information about this lot please visit the lot listing
