In the Chinese Chippendale taste, the galleried pagoda top with scrolls, and waterfalls above a central plate flanked by two small side plates, with two further pagodas with internal steps, the base with a later leaf moulded rail, height 98cm, width 53cm.

Plate appears to be original and pleasantly distressed. Gilding also appears to be original. Significant very old bracing to rear, some splits and breaks to pagoda cresting, overall numerous losses to ornamental elements, also gesso losses and overall wear (see images) yet it presents very well and appears to mostly a good honest piece

Chinese polychrome ginger jar, lacking cover, 12.5cm; three Chinese blue and white ginger jars (only one with a cover), an Imari vase, 24.5cm; Victorian cranberry glass jug, and a later Meissen plate.Condition report:Ginger jar with cover - cover is broken and reglued. Firing line to the interior base of the jar.The smallest ginger jar has a chip to the rim and hairline extending from the rim. No cover.Imari vase - there is a hairline crack running around the entire body toward the base, evident to the interior and exterior. Small firing line to the underside of the base.VIctorian glass jug - light surface wear,some rubbing to the enamel and beading.
