CARTIER; a gentleman's stainless steel 18ct yellow gold large model Chronoreflex "Santos Galbee" wristwatch, the gold bezel set with eight steel screw head motifs, three day date aperture, two subsidiary dials with minutes and hour apertures, two push buttons flanking the winding crown and with quarts movement, with boxed Cartier cleaning kit, Cartier pouch and insurance valuation from Cartier. CONDITION REPORT: When the winding crown is turned, it doesn't seem to take very well as the hands move very slowly. Otherwise very good condition. The vendor had the watch regularly serviced by Cartier, there are no scratches to the glass, no damage or tarnishing to the hands, and the screws on the back are fine. The sapphire in the winding crown is present (as seen by the extra image).

CARTIER, a mid 20th century 18 carat gold, citrine and diamond turtle brooch, circa 1950, the clip signed 'Cartier Inc. FRANCE' and numbered 7080, twice stamped with the French 18ct export mark, the shell set overall with hexagonal cut citrines in an eight cut diamond surround, the shell also stamped with French export mark, 3.8cm long. CONDITION REPORT: marks clear, diamonds with minor chips The design for this brooch closely resembles one illustrated in a 1947 Mauboussin poster advertising a range of jewels by the celebrated French designer, Rene Sim Lecaze. Lecaze moved to Mauboussin from Van Cleef & Arpels in 1941, at which date he also set up his own private studio where he continued to work for other prestigious houses, such as Cartier.

A matched suite of green and white paste jewellery in a Cartier case, the earpendants of 19th century style with a rectangular cushion cut green stone in an open surround with flowerheads and three graduated and articulated foliate pendant drops, set throughout with white pastes in closed backs, white metal tests for silver, length 7.5cm; the necklace with a central oval pierced and scalloped edge feature, set with a line of half-moon and round green pastes to a white paste border, enclosing a flowerhead within an elongated hexagon, also set with white stones, all in closed back settings, to a later double string of green beads with white paste set rondel spacers, safety clasp stamped '375' for 9ct gold, length 41.5cm; together with a pair of cluster earclips, each with an oval green paste in a border of white round cut pastes, length 2.2cm; all presented in a period gold tooled red leather shield shaped Cartier case (3+ case)
