A LEICA IIIF RANGEFINDER CAMERACirca-1950, in chrome, serial no. 539300, fitted with a Leitz Elmar f=5cm 1:3.5 lens, housed in a leather case with buckled strap; with instruction booklet and accessories, to include a Sagamo Weston Master V exposure meter, also retaining instructions Condition Report:"Please note that we are not camera/optical specialists and so are unable to comment on/guarantee the functionality of any such item. The camera is in fair overall aesthetic condition. Patches of surface dirt throughout. Chips/losses to the lens surround. The leather lens cap is detached from the main body of the case. At present, to the non-specialist eye, the rangefinder focuses smoothly, however the image is fairly dull. Lenses all appear to be free of any significant scratching or fungus. All would benefit from cleaning. The camera winds on and the shutter fires reliably, though the action is stiff. Shutter has not been tested at different speeds. Small lever in front of the shutter button is hanging loose. It is highly recommended that the camera be viewed in person where possible. Buyers must satisfy themselves as to condition prior to bidding."
