A good, vintage signed and inscribed sepia 8 x 10 photograph of the elderly actress seated in a three quarter length pose, in an armchair with an open book in her hands, in costume as Mrs. Louisa Wilberforce in a scene from the Ealing Studios comedy The Ladykillers (1955). Signed in a neat hand in dark fountain pen ink to a clear area of the image, adding the film title and year in her hand beneath her signature. Rare. One fairly heavy surface crease, only very slightly affecting the signature. G
