This copy unnumbered and inscribed by the publishers, ‘This is a presentation copy for F[rederick] Muller’, with Austin and Chesterton’s signatures beneath.Frederick Muller was a publisher. His limited company began publishing in 1932, and it is now part of the firm Random House. Whilst Muller did not publish Chesterton’s works, he did publish John O’Connor, Father Brown on Chesterton (1937). A nice association item.
