A Victorian burr walnut fold-over games table, with single frieze drawer, on quadruple base with carved and satinwood inlaid decoration and turned stretcher. 68x75x44cm.Games top has a chessboard and a backgammon board. Pieces for the backgammon set are included. Possibly converted from a sewing table, as a slide is visible to the underside, perhaps for a basket. Games surface appears either new or in very good condition.

Of Irish interest; a 19th-century Irish arbutus wood and "Killarney" inlaid circular gaming table, the drawer bearing the legend "Killarney Lake Arbutus" the top with a broad reciprocating band of laburnum triangles, the centre with a loose square panel that reverses to a surface inlaid with a parquetry chess board and additionally a backgammon board inlaid in the interior of the drawer, the contrasting cross grain frieze with a single flush drawer and alternating panels of laburnum and arbutus, supported in an angular baluster column of the panelled outline above a similarly veneered tripartite base with swivel brass castors, the drawer contains two sets of draughts 67 cm diameter x 76 cm overall height.
An assortment of collectables, to include green glass oil lamp, 'The Baronet' bowler hat, backgammon set, chess pieces, wooden darning mushrooms and Franka Solidar Jr. camera in case. Slight tear to bowler hat. Two heads missing from chess pieces. One darning mushroom missing some of the base.
