Complete with its original thin brown leather securing strap with buckle fitting and studs fitting it to the plate. Appears to be un-marked. Overall a very good example.

Very Rare Third Reich Organisation Todt Belt Buckle, one of the rarest German belt buckles to find from WW2 is that issued to the Organisation Todt. The steel buckle with the German eagle to the centre laid upon sword and crossed shovels above a pill box position. Complete with the fittings to the reverse. Stamped “ORG TODT” to the reverse. We are of the opinion that the swastika in this example has been reconstructed after de-nazification, still a very rare belt buckle. Ex Jerry Withers collection.

Victorian 93rd Sutherland Highlanders Undress Dirk Belt, superb example of a red Morocco leather waist belt which has been beautifully directly embroidered with bullion thistle pattern design. Gilt metal officers small pattern waist belt clasp with thistle relief in gilt, silvered circular with “SUTHERLAND HIGHLANDERS” within and the central piece of the buckle is a silvered crowned thistle with “93” to centre.
