A British 1827 pattern Rifle Officer's sword, the slightly curved 84cm. blade etched with cypher and foliage panes, the forte with makers 'S. ISAAC CAMPBELL & Co 71 Jermyn St LONDON', steel guard with Kings crown strung bugle cartouche, plain steel pommel and checkered backstrap, shagreen covered grip with twist wire binding, contained in its steel scabbard with two hanging rings.
