His pencil sketches were sent back to London where they were re-drawn by studio artists and engraved on wood-blocks for printing in the Saturday issues of the Illustrated London News. He also travelled a number of Royal tours including accompanying the Prince of Wales to Canada in 1901. The planter has a chip to the foot rim, further scuffs and marks, one of the vases chipped and cracked to the neck and rim, some further heavy scuffs. The Falstaff character jug with a chip to the reverse foot rim, further general wear throughout. One of the Burleigh jugs modelled as Caesar has lost the handle.
