A WWII GERMAN KRIEGSMARINE OFFICERS DAGGER MADE BY WKC, the blade is nicely etched and it appears to be in good condition and the push button release still operates well, the wire band handle has no damage but the scabbard has got some dents to it, the portapee is slightly damaged and has started to fray, the vendor states this dagger was brought back by their relative who served in the Royal Navy during WWII

[CHINESE DRAGON´S ROBE]: A fine and highly decorative silk gold and red-ground ´nine dragons´ Chinese court gown (jifu) dating from the Qing dynasty (19th century), the man´s semi-formal robe created to be worn for official duties at court and featuring a design woven in gilt thread to the front and back and incorporating nine five-clawed dragons grasping at flaming pearls amongst multi-coloured cloud scrolls, bats, and bajixiang, all above lingzhi sprigs and auspicious emblems rising from rolling and crashing waves above the lishui band with split hem, with black-ground borders at the horses hoof cuffs (matixiu) and a similarly decorated collar. With loop and toggle button fasteners at the centre front of the neck area, right of the clavicle, under the right arm and along the right seam. The robe measures approximately 129 cm in length and 199 cm in width (across sleeves). Some very light, minimal age wear, VGAs the present robe features nine dragons and five dragons´ claws, a symbol of absolute power and authority in Qing society, thus determining the wearer´s rank, it would have been the robe of a member of the Imperial family, prince, or sheriff.

A 14ct gold keyless wind open face split seconds pocket watch awarded to the Olympian, George Valentine Bonhag Case Numbered 205842, Circa 1900 Nickel finish Swiss lever chronograph movement (patent numbers engraved but obscured beneath the movement) with cut and compensated balance wheel, split seconds mechanism to the centre and activated through the crown and split via the button in the band, white enamel dial with tachymetre scale, minute dial at 6 and 15 minute recording at 12, blued steel moon hours and minute hands, with counterpoised blued steel split seconds hands, polished heavy 14kt case with gold cuvette engraved, 'International Walking Match Donald Linden Canada George V Bonhag America Won by Gem de Bonhag World Champion' George Valentine Bonhag (1882-1860) was an American athlete. He competed in many distance events, both walking and running. He was selected for several races but it was during a last minute entry to the 1500 metre walk where he won his first gold medal. Kathleen Pritchard notes in her book, 'Swiss Timepiece Makers 1775-1975' that the Timing & Repeating Watch Company, Geneva, made chronographs that were almost identical to Waltham's 1884 model using mechanisms by H.A. Lugrin. She also mentions possible connections between Timing & Repeating Watch Company, H.A. Lugrin, Longines and A Wittnauer. Gentlemens 18ct gold minute repeating half hunter pocket watch with Swiss button wind movement and slide button activating the minute repeater, enamel dial with subsidary seconds in a circular 18ct gold case, 55mm diamater (London import hallmarks, 1918), on 9ct rose gold curb link watch chain, in a fitted red leather case retailed by Street & Co. Ltd, Newcastle The watch is currently running, winds smoothly and hands adjust correctly. The repeating mechanism appears to be working, striking the hours, quatres and minutes, but occasionally it would appear to be a minute or two out of sync.The enamel dial is perfect. The case is in good condition commensuate with age. Light surface wear and very minor shallow dents commensuate with age. The front of the case is missing its glass. The inner glass is present.
