A circa 1900 Arts & Crafts oak chair in the manner of George Walton, the slender slat back inlaid with thistles motif over shaped open arms with brass caps to the dished seat raised on inverted tapering supports united by stretchers CONDITION REPORTS Surface scratches, scuffs and knocks to the wood. Accretions in areas and what appears to be flecks of white paint down the legs, some on the seat and the stretcher. Areas of fading and discolouration, mainly to the seat, arms and to the stretcher. Tarnishing and dents to the brass decoration on the arms and an old repair to the underside of the seat in the form of two metal brackets. Item has general wear and tear commensurate with age and use. See photos for more details.
