A SANG DE BOEUF GLAZE VASE OF LARGE SIZE CHINESE, 20TH CENTURY Mounted and wired as a lamp 99cm high overallTogether with a smaller Sang de Boeuf glaze vase lamp, Chinese, 20th century, 96cm high overall Condition Report: both lamps with a current 2025 PAT test, and fitted with round pin plugs. The larger model with some small firing flaws but seems to be generally good, typical glaze crazing. Smaller lamp restored top rim which has yellowed and discoloured and comprises approximately 40% of the rim. Some further discolouration to the top of body with may indicate further remedial work. Both unexamined out of current mounting, feet not inspected. Shades buckled and creased. Condition Report Disclaimer

A Chinese gilt decorated blue ground vase, Hu, Guangxu mark and of the period (1875-1908), gilt decorated with a bird perched on blossoming branches, the reverse with a river landscape scene, remnants of inscriptions to the neck, underglaze blue six character mark to the base, 30cm high, the base later drilled for a lamp The base of the vase has been drilled for a lamp fitting, the hole with splinter chips on the underside and large splinter losses to the interior. There is wear to the gilt decoration in places, otherwise in reasonable condition. Stand also drilled to receive electric cable but otherwise good.

The handles have been glued. Dirty. The Japanese vase is dirty and crazed. Drilled for electricity. One foot glued.
A large Chinese carved fluorite figure of Guan Yin - mid-20th century, on a carved hardwood base, the figure 29.25cm high, 32.75cm high overall, the base with a (detachable) brass table lamp fitting. (two chips to figure around the raised right hand and object below)* Condition: Chip to fingers on raised right hand of figure and another piece missing to the left of the object below this hand. A few tiny fleabite nibbles to the edges of the carving on the robe and base edge. The stone has natural cracks throughout. The figure was glued to the hardwood stand but is now detached there is a little glue residue remaining to the base of the figure. The stand has a chip to one of the feet and a glued repair to another foot.
