Three Clarice Cliff jugs for Royal Staffordshire Autumn Crocus, various sizes, (cr) Condition Report Jug I - no chips, cracks or signs of restoration, some crazing starting to develop, small scratch to orange crocus on one side, little rubbing on the green rim. Jug II - no chips, cracks or signs of restoration, no crazing, foot is a little uneven on one side, it would have left the factory this way and does not affect stability, little rubbing on the green rim.Jug III - no chips, cracks or signs of restoration, no crazing, paint work is clean and undamaged, little rubbing on the green rim.
Clarice Cliff Peter Pan Crocus square fruit bowl, for Newport Pottery Bizarre range, approx 21.5 x 20 cms together with a similar Athens design Peter Pan Crocus jug approx 9 cms h. (2) Condition Report Both bowl and jug are in good overall condition, a couple of losses to paintwork noted on the frieze and a scratch to the purple crocus.The jug is good order with minimal scratches, both the blue and orange crocus are scratched to one side.
Clarice Cliff Autumn Crocus jugs, including the Stanford shape jug approx 9 cms, a creamer approx 9cms and a tankard approx 8.3 cms. (cr) Condition Report Jug I - no chips, cracks or signs of restoration, rubbing to the blue crocus and grass blades on one side. Rubbing to the orange crocus on the opposing side, light rubbing on the green rim, the brown band at the foot has several tiny scratches throughout. Jug II - the barrel shaped vase is overall in good order, painted scenes overall good, the brown band on the handle has small areas of colour loss, lovely jug with no crazing.Jug III - the paint work is in good order on both sides, the handle is in good condition, lovely jug with no crazing.
