Height: 1 7/8" Width: 1 3/8" Note: Some interesting facts about this Type 3 1898 American Liberty Double Eagle $20 gold coin; designed by James B. Longacre and began minting in 1849, San Francisco (S) minted 2,575,175 from 1877-1907, other cities that minted these coins; Philadelphia (unmarked), Carson City (CC), New Orleans (O) only in 1879, and Denver (D ) only for 1906-1907. Fineness is approximately 0.9000O gold. Weight is approximately 33.4400 grams.
