ALDRIN BUZZ: (1930-     ) American Astronaut, Lunar Module Pilot of Apollo XI (1969). The second man to walk on the moon. A very small swatch of gold coloured kapton foil from the Columbia Command Module which carried Armstrong, Aldrin and Collins on their historic Apollo XI mission to the moon, encased in clear plastic and neatly mounted to the centre of a 4to certificate of authenticity signed by Aldrin. The certificate provides interesting content relating to the Apollo XI mission and explains the use and provenance of the kapton foil. VG

Framed mounted and glazed, image size 19 x 23½ inches. Catalogue NotePeter Haworth was born in Lancaster, England in 1889. He studied at the Royal College of Art, London. He emigrated to Canada in 1923 and was appointed director of art at Toronto Central Technical School.Haworth completed several commissions in stained glass including 14 panels for the First Baptist Church in Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal.
