Registration - N157 FEYChassis No. - WP0ZZZ99ZSS332029M.O.T. - May 2025Odometer - 94,800The 993 model represents the fourth generation of Porsche’s iconic 911 sports car. ‘N157 FEY’ is a highly desirable exemplar of the breed ticking all the aficionado’s boxes along the way. ‘N157 FEY’ is blessed with the purists’ choice of Getrag manual gearbox, a six-speed version for the first time in the 993. In this Carrera 4 full time four wheel drive configuration, ‘N157 FEY’ can better deploy its 272 bhp in the full gamut of road conditions. This Cabriolet presents in stunning Midnight Blue Metallic livery with matching leather interior. With a sensible 94,680 miles to date, ‘N157 FEY’ is offered with the peace of mind of a recent comprehensive £20,000 refurbishment with no aspect of the car overlooked. This included the fitment of a new, electrically operated blue mohair hood and a full engine overhaul and recommissioning including the ice blasting of key components. This work is additionally backed by a diligent service history with three services in just the last 6,000 miles – 93,500 miles in 2024, 90,788 miles in 2022 and 87,363 miles in 2020.The 993 model is noted for being the last of the air cooled 911s and so, for many, the last real 911. That clearly enhances the collectable status of ‘N157 FEY.’ That aside this is a pristine looking and sympathetically maintained example. Both body and paintwork are vendor rated as “excellent”, and the Midnight Blue hue really suits the curvaceous lines of this 993. The originality seems first class, too, right down to the original 17-inch Cup 2 alloy wheels with “Carrera 4” centres and accompanying matching set of Michelin Pilot Sport tyres. The signature active rear “tea tray” spoiler is another key 993 feature. The sporting cabin is a model of 993 originality with sublime, supple perforated Midnight Blue leather upholstery and complementary hued carpets. The original factory Becker CD played, big VDO instruments and hardbacked sports seats all leave you in no doubt you are in one of Stuttgart’s finest. The naturally aspirated, air-cooled 3.6-litre flat-six, delivering around 272bhp to all four wheels through a six-speed manual transmission is all about driver involvement. With values of these last the air cooled cars only set to go one way, there is no better time to put a 993 in your life.In summary:· Highly desirable six speed manual Carrera 4 Cabriolet configuration· Thousands recently spent on making this one of the best available· In a highly original, factory gate specification throughout

Registration - J49 FDMChassis No. - WVWZZZ1GZNW091609M.O.T. - June 2025Odometer - 160,350The Mk2 Volkswagen Golf GTI is an increasingly collectable car and this 1991 example, offered at No Reserve, is a desirable example. Finished in black with the appealing rainbow interior, it is a GTI 8v with expert upgrades to the 1800cc engine. The head has been gas-flowed, ported and polished, there’s a Piper 276 fast-road high-lift camshaft, bronze valve guides, re-ground valves with unleaded petrol valve seat conversion, and a Piper vernier pulley on the camshaft. Further enhancing performance is a 2.25-inch stainless-steel exhaust. The timing belt was replaced at 155,000 miles. The vendor describes both engine and transmission as being in ‘excellent’ condition. ‘J49FDM’ has enhanced suspension too. It has adjustable AP Racing coilovers, plus Eibach anti-roll bars front and rear. Enhancing both handling and looks are nearly-new ATS Cup wheels. Inside, the GTI features electric windows, and a premium Pioneer touchscreen stereo that brings a modern touch to the classic cabin. The vendor has had a new roof lining fitted, and adds that all the glass is original. ‘J49FDM’ also has an MOT that’s valid until June 2025. A comprehensive history file comes with the car, including plenty of receipts and even the original service record. An HPI report shows the car was previously written off as a Category C back in 2010. The Volkswagen Golf GTI is the original GTI. The Mk1 caused a stir in the 1970s but it was the Mk2, introduced in 1983, that really put the model on the map. An icon of the 1980s, people loved its classy appearance, effortless performance and fabulous reliability. This saw an entire enthusiast community grow around the car, which thrives to this day. A great starter classic whose famed build quality still makes a difference, the Volkswagen Golf GTI Mk2 remains as desirable as ever.
