A mahogany campaign chest, 19th century, with a single long drawer, the lower part with three long drawers, on a plinth base, height 113cm, width 127cm, depth 48cm.Condition report: The chest has a stand. In good condition, original handles, all metalware present and seemingly original. Not particularly stained or damaged, drawers good, albeit slightly sticky. Small patch of worm in base (see photos). A good solid piece. Top drawer section comes apart from main chest.
A Victorian bureau plat or desk, English in Louis XV style, kingwood veneered and with ornate gilt bronze mounts and leather inset top beneath plate glass and fitted with three real and three opposing dummy drawers, on cabriole legs, height 75cm, width124cm, depth 69cm.Condition report: There is some staining to the leather, and slight fading.There is a small loss to the edge of the central drawer and the lock has a replacement screw. The key that is present does not seem to operate and there is one other that is broken.
A Victorian walnut and inlaid Gothic style writing table, with leather inset skiver, within an inlaid border, fitted two drawers, with further inlay and raised on fluted and octagonal legs with carved swept feet, height 74cm, width 130cm, depth 65cm.Condition report: Please see extra images on David Lay website.The top is somewhat scuffed, height to the drawer is 64cm. Generally in good used condition, with brass casters.
A Victorian mahogany linen press, the upper part fitted with sliding trays, with two short and two long drawers below. Height 206cm, width 126cm, depth 57.5cm.Condition report: The measurement on the widest point of the cornice is 136cm, chip approx 5cm on base in front of doors, scratches and small chips throughout, split in the bottom of the middle drawer, repair to the bottom panel of the bottom drawer. Otherwise in good condition.

A George III mahogany kneehole gentleman's dressing chest, the rising top containing compartments and lidded containers, the lower part fitted with an arrangement of seven drawers, the kneehole cupboard with dummy drawer fronts on bracket feet, height 79cm, width 88cm, depth 51cm.

A George II walnut chest of two short and three long drawers, with replacement pear drop handles and raised on bun feet, height 91cm, width 100cm, depth 57cm.Condition report: Veneer lifting on top, small areas of restoration to veneer, scratches to top, general wear throughout, this is in a remarkable condition and has been well cared for.
