A mid to late 20th century gold and diamond set Eska manual wind cocktail watch, with square dial, the bezel and lugs set with round cut diamonds, on a twin strand gold bracelet, overall length 19cm, gross weight 32.1 grams.***CONDITION REPORT***Dial discoloured and dirty. An 18 karat rose gold Eska dress watch, ca. 1950. Automatic, incabloc, ref. nr. 145285. Engraved decorated gold and cognac coloured dial, stripe and Arabic index. To a black leather strap and gold plated buckle. Eska is a small but high-quality Swiss watch brand founded in Grenchen (Switzerland) at the beginning of the 20th century. The brand name Eska was derived of the initials of the founder; Sylvan Kocher: "eS-Ka". Eska became the brand "Royce" in the 1960's. No box, no papers.
