Queen - John Deacon a custom 15 foot guitar lead/cable with 2 1/4 inch jack plugs, includes a switchcraft extension socket for adding another lead, recording studio/rehearsal use from circa 1979 onwards. However may well have been used on stage with extension lead on 'The Works' tour in 1984 when John played rhythm guitar on a Fender Telecaster for the song 'Staying Power'. Provenance: This item has been consigned by Peter Hince. Peter 'Ratty' Hince met Queen in 1973 when they were opening for Mott the Hoople, began working full-time for the band in 1975 during recording of their A Night at the Opera album, and stayed on as the head of their road crew until their final concert in 1986. No copyright is assigned with this item.
