Lot 606

A large Japanese Meiji period ivory sectional okimono depicting a farmer with basket of fruit at his feet, signed to base, height 30.5cm. CONDITION REPORT: The figure has losses - it used to have something in his right hand but is now chips to both sides, also there are some minor splits to the ivory.

Lot 607

A pair of large Japanese Meiji period cloisonné vases of baluster form, decorated with birds and butterflies amongst chrysanthemum, peonies and bamboo, within two decorative bands to the top and bottom, height 31.5cm. CONDITION REPORT: Both have scratches to the surface, also minor losses along the wires, firing bubbles throughout, major dent to one in the upper section with traces of wax restoration. The same vase has a loss to the decoration above the base.
