RRP £4,000This is the first of a series of sales comprising the total assets from a jewellery retailer as a result of insolvency. This particular sale primarily comprises watches, men's jewellery, sample rings & ring sizers, tools, packaging and chattels. Where we quote an RRP in the lot description, we are quoting a price found on a sticker attacehd to the item unless we state otherwise. Where we make reference to an item being 18ct white gold, platinum, diamonds, etc., that means there is a sticker on the item in question stating same. If we use the expression "Believed to be diamond, gold, etc. ...", that means there is no such label. It is important to note that regardless of the methodology and reasoning, there is no comeback whatsoever for purchasers in the instance of misdescription, however major.Where we believe an item to be used, we have stated same in the lot description however it is possible that some items not stated as being used are in fact used/second hand. All items known to be samples are being sold as such, mostly in bulk. It is possible that we have missed some samples and as with all lots, buyers should inspect to their satisfaction prior to bidding. The vast majority of the jewellery does not include a box unless specifically referenced in the lot description. Most of the watches do include a box & each watch description will make specific reference as to whether a box is included or not. In all instances, if a box is not specifically referenced in the lot description, a box is not included.In the instance of watches in particular, it has been difficult to match up the correct boxes to the correct watch. Any boxes or paperwork to be included with a lot can be seen in the photos accompanying the lot descriptions.
