Together with 12 items of freight rolling stock by Hornby, Bassett-Lowke, Bing, KBN, items include a restored Colemans Mustard, LMS bogie goods van, flat truck with container, wagon with container, GW 2x Milk Wagon, LMs open wagon, flat truck with cable drum and a passenger coach etc. Most boxed. Bassett-Lowke boxed 4311/0 3-rail electric. ‘Prince Charles’ 4-4-0 locomotive and tender, 1950s, engine No.62453 in green lined livery with 6-wheel BR tender, very good condition, boiler lacks one hand rail, box good some wear, together with two boxed curved rails, points, two signals, four loose straight track and B-Lowke transformer, (lot).
Bassett Lowke 0 gauge LMS compound, electric, in LMS brown livery, no.1036, housed in the original box, in near mint condition, loco appears without scratches, two small marks to the firebox, one small mark on the right-hand side of the tender, the motor turns over freely, box is in very good condition, with card inserts.
Two Bassett Lowke 0 gauge LMS 1931 coaches, with repainted roofs, to include an all 1st coach and a brake 3rd coach. Both are in good condition, are unboxed, and have some blemishes to the paintwork. Both coaches have scratches on the sides, one side of the brake end is average. One is boxed in a generic card box.
Clockwork double track assembly with Level Crossing with ‘Y’ points, steel track and chairs. Bears resemblance to Bassett-Lowke parts. Complete with control rods and levers but without lever frame. The gates are beautifully made if slightly overscale and with side gates. Wooden roadway with approach roads. With one B/L hydraulic buffer.
0-gauge Wooden Station buildings and platforms: Bassett-Lowke station ‘Bexhill-on-Sea’ approx. 51” long, with station building, name board and running in boards. With metal signs for B/Lowke (two); BDV; Lifebouy Soap; Singer Sewing Machines; Swan Pens; Fry’s Chocolate; Sketchley; Virol; LIptons; Beefex & Model Railways & Ship’s Engines. Overall (VG) but with the edge of the L/h ramp damaged.With three platforms without buildings (not B/Lowke) – one each approx. lengths 40”; 36” & 24” with a total of 14 metal signs. Overall (G-VG)
Gauge 1 Bing for Bassett-Lowke Great Northern Railway 0-6-2 N2 Condensing tank loco, electric. Painted mid and light green with black smokebox, numbered 190. The motor might not be the original B/L motor and some wiring appears extra to the way originally manufactured. Centre rail pick-ups. On underside is stated ‘painted by 22 3921/96.’ Brush-marks are visible all over the body. Despite the foregoing, it is a very attractive loco. (G)

Very slight deterioration to some printing but overall (VG)
Two very well-assembled pieces of Bassett-Lowke raised centre rail 0 gauge 3-rail brass track: Double track R/h points – very large radius. Overall length approx. 30”; with double track scissors crossover (both ways – left to right and right to left). With rodding. Both items appear in very good condition.
