Appears to have been re-sprayed satin black, with only one red boiler band. Nameplate is not original Bassett Lowke. Cabside number and smokebox door plate just stuck on paper. NB plate is for Cambridge shed, most unlikely for a Southern loco.Tender similar condition to loco. “Southern 850” just stuck on, not properly applied as a transfer.All is well oiled and we can see no reason why it should not work. Repro box.
