Fine Victorian diamond and turquoise tiara/necklace with five graduated detachable ivy leaves with pavé set rose cut diamonds and turquoise cabochons to a turquoise collet set chain, detaches to be worn as a necklaceThe tiara appears to be in good condition. Slight discolouration to a few of the turquoise cabochons commensurate with age. A few very small rose cut diamonds are missing but all the principal stones are present. The tiara frame is base metal rather than precious metal. The diamonds appear to be set in silver on a pierced gold back.The largest leaf/pendant measures approximatley 6cm x 4.5cm. The largest turquoise cabochon measures approximatley 6mm and graduated to 4.5mm. The largest diamond measures approximatley 4mm and graduated to tiny rose cuts. No box present. Image 2 shows the necklace detached from the frame along with two ivy leaves, however the third ivy leaf is too stiff to unscrew and the two outer (smallest) ivy leaves have been soldered in place and are now no longer detachable. The necklace section measures approximatley 18cm long and would therefore require further sections to be long enough to wear as a necklace. Total gross weight 72.3 grams
