A Moorcroft Pansy pattern globular vase, cobalt blue ground, green script initials, impressed facsimile signature, "Potter to HM The Queen" and "Made in England". Height 6.5 ins, diameter approximately 5.75 ins (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This vase is in generally very good condition. There is no evidence of any repair or restoration. There is a firing mark approximately 7 inches long beneath the patterned front of the vase. The mark is for 1928-1949.
A Moorcroft Pansy pattern small bowl, cobalt blue ground, blue script initials, impressed facsimile signature, "Potter to HM The Queen" and "Made in England". Height 3 ins, diameter approximately 4.5 ins (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This vase has no repair or restoration. It does however have a star crack with hairlines from the top right of the puce pansy. The crack runs up and around the top rim and down to the interior of the vase by approximately 1.1/4 inches. Other than this there is no further damage.
A Moorcroft Wisteria pattern preserve pot, with silver plated mount, cobalt blue ground, impressed "Moorcroft M162, Made in England". Height excluding handle 3 ins, diameter 3.5 ins (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This piece has no damage, repair or restoration. It is however significantly crazed which is visible on the underside of the piece and around the lighter colours in the main body. The silver plating is in generally good order and not significantly rubbed.
