The obelisk is dark indigo with iridescent fountain-type flow in the center of the flat side. The glass sculpture has a tear drop shape and a shimmering inside that swirls down the inside of the glass. When light hits the sculpture the inside design glitters. It is signed Abelman GE 352.218 1987. There are no visible scratches or chips.Measures 4x9inAn in-person inspection is available for all auctions. Large Chinese scholar's rock of a waxy pale, beige hue, possibly taihu rock. Of an irregular obelisk shape and highly textured surface. There are many recessed crevices, hollows, and caverns throughout. With a scrollwork carved lacquer wooden stand atop four chow feet.(Including stand) height: 23 in x width: 9 in x depth: 7 in. Weight: 24 lbs 8 oz.Condition: Due to the nature of the material it is difficult to discern if there are any losses. No apparent issues. Some light dust/debris in the recessed areas of the stone. The rock is affixed to the wooden stand and has not been inspected off of the stand. Light wear to the stand.

A 19th century Grand Tour style bronzed model of Cleopatra's Needle standing upon a stepped serpentine plinth, 25cm wide, 111cm high**conditionreport**Overall a dull brown patination to the bronzed surface with some white matter in the crevices particularly to one side, plinth comes in two sections, minor scuffing and chipping but nothing significant.Overall weight 18.55kg, weight of obelisk only 4.1kg. Height of obelisk only 90cm. The surface is a bronzed finish only, probably over copper. Mit Bezeichnungen von fremder Hand in Bleistift, auch verso. - Mit leichten Griffspuren, in Rändern kaum merklich angebräunt, mit Bleistiftannotationen. Punktuell mit leichtem Papierabrieb, auch verso. 1 Arbeit unten links leicht fleckig. Insgesamt gut. Azusgezeichnete, gratige Drucke mit klar zeichnender Plattenkante und sehr breitem Rand. Je eines von 25 Exemplaren, die im Nachlass des Künstlers posthum erschienen sind für die Mappe "In Memoriam Paul A. Seehaus. Düsseldorf", hg. von Alfred Flechtheim 1919. - Enthält: - Weg mit Obelisk - Straße mit Schiene. 2 works. Estate prints from 1919 after the prints from 1917. Each etching on Japan. Each inscribed "Nachlass Seehaus", estate numbered and signed by Seehaus' wife Gertrud Drascher. Additionally signed by the artist in the plate. - With slight handling marks, hardly noticeably browned in margins, with pencil annotations. Light paper abrasion in places, also on the verso. 1 work slightly stained on lower left. Overall good. Superb, burr-like impressions with finely drawn plate mark and very wide margin. - Each one of 25 copies published posthumously by the artist's estate for the portfolio "In Memoriam Paul A. Seehaus. Düsseldorf", published by Alfred Flechtheim in 1919 - With works as mentioned above.
