1950s Girard-Perregaux wristwatch with a round dial, applied gilt Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds in a stainless steel case, 30mm diameter, on woven canvas strapWatch currently winds, sets and ticks but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of its time keeping. The winding crown is possibly a replacement. The dial has very slight discolouration around the edge where the numbers are, otherwise good condition. The stainless steel case has surface scratching. The green mark on the case seen in the images was just dirt (not verdigree) and has now been wiped off. The canvas strap has some wear but in good, working order. No box or papers present.

Ladies Vintage 9ct Gold Avia Watch with 9ct Gold Bracelet and Ladies Vintage 9ct Gold Girad Perregaux Watch with Gold Plated Adjustable Strap.  The Ladies Vintage 9ct Gold Avia Watch on the dial it states "AVIA 17 JEWELS INCABLOC".  The watch face measures approx. 15mm in diameter including the crown.  The watch bracelet is hallmarked "9 375" for 9ct Gold.  The watch measures approx. 6 3/4 inches in length.  Total Gross Weight of the 9ct Gold Avia watch is approx. 12.5 grams.  The Ladies Vintage 9ct Gold Girad-Perregaux Watch with Gold Plated Adjustable Strap has some foxing to the dial.  The watch face measures approx. 20mm in diameter including the crown. The crown is a replacement.  The watch face is hallmarked "9 375" for 9ct Gold.  The back of the watch face is engraved "DORA FIELD Loyal Service 1942-1967 F. FIELD & SON (REDDITCH) LTD."
