Registration No: K3 DCC Chassis No: WVWZZZ152MK MOT: June 2024One of just 470 UK supplied examplesc.50,750 miles and usual Rivage edition refinementsLast of the legendary Mk1 Golf GTi modelsOriginally supplied to a David Challenger by Listers of Stratford-Upon-Avon on 1st August 1992 and registered with the cherished mark ‘K3 DCC’, early servicing was carried out by Vindis & Sons Cambridge. With six previous owners the VW has covered a total mileage of just c.50,750 in its pampered life. The supporting paperwork shows a moderate 32,000 being completed in its first five years of life, 14,000 miles over the following sixteen years, then just 4,000 in the last eleven years. Garaged and used only sparingly whilst in the vendor’s care, it came from an eight year previous ownership and ten year ownership prior to that. The vendor informs us he has made contact with previous owners to verify its history and reminisce! A large folder of paperwork accompanies the car detailing maintenance work carried together with service book and original handbooks in the original VW wallet. Also included are sales brochures for the limited edition Rivage, Sportline and the Clipper models. The Mauritius Blue interior is said to be “outstanding and immaculate” with the only upgrades being a retro modern Blaupunkt Essen DAB BT stereo and VDO gauges. Furthermore, the “heated seats, power hood and electric windows all work correctly, as does everything including the digital MFI display”. The vendor further advises the Classic Blue Metallic exterior is in “remarkable condition for the car's age, completely solid with no rust or corrosion. The underside is solid with evidence of original Waxoyl rust-proofing”.In the current ownership the cambelt has been replaced for peace of mind, a new VW gearbox linkage kit fitted and a new battery fitted which has sat on a trickle charger when not in use. A custom-built stainless steel exhaust gives a “lovely throaty sound”. The “immaculate” forged alloys are shod with four Pirelli P7 Cinturatos. We are also informed the hood is in good condition and leak free, although it has a very small nick above the driver’s door. It is complemented by the original tonneau cover and optional VW wind deflector. The engine bay is said to be clean and well maintained with a battery shut-off key for easy storage if needed. Spare parts with the car include a set of poly bushes, a spare VW steering wheel and a Momo steering wheel and boss. This last of the line and now highly collectible Mk1 Golf is worthy of close inspection. For more information, please contact: John Markey john.markey@handh.co.uk 01428 607899

In superbly original condition, just 25,000 miles, with full service history and from 32-years ownership. In 1986, the original Sierra Cosworth was a new kind of performance car - a blue-collar hero able to humble true sports cars. In 1988, Ford introduced the Sierra Sapphire RS Cosworth, a more ‘discreet’ version, built using the four-door Sapphire bodyshell, first with the same rear-wheel drive layout as the three-door original, and then later with four-wheel drive; but even with a more restrained exterior, a plush velour interior and an executive four-door shell, the Sapphire was far from dull. The early rear-wheel drive cars had 204bhp from the YBB engine (205 block), a T5 gearbox, 7" x 15" lattice alloy wheels, front and rear spoilers, side skirts and Recaro seats. The rear-wheel drive cars could hit 60mph in 6.1 seconds. Despite the extra power and potential for greater traction, the later 4x4 Sapphire was slower to 60mph, reaching the speed in 6.6 secs. Approximately 13,140 2WD Sapphire examples were produced during 1988-1989; all were assembled in Ghenk, Belgium, with UK-built Ford-Cosworth engines. The car presented here is a 1989 Ford Sierra Sapphire RS Cosworth (2WD) and is in super original, unmolested condition. First registered on 18th August 1989, this superb example has covered just over 25,000 miles within the same family since it was just two years old. Due to the owner's poor health, this Sapphire remained unused and garaged for over 20 years. A combination of diligent ownership, minimal use (due to circumstance) and sheer preservation, now means this ‘Fast Ford’ is in collector-quality condition. We are informed that this exceptional car still retains its original factory-fitted panels, factory-etched glass and its original paint throughout. The interior is described as showing virtually no wear on the switchgear or surfaces. Likewise, all the dials and switchgear are said to function correctly, there are no cracks or UV damage to the dashboard and the original Recaro seats remain in beautiful condition. The boot contains its original Dunlop Sport spare wheel and factory-fitted jack whilst the parcel shelf is straight and free from any aftermarket speaker holes. The original electronic sound system, ECU2 (including power amplifier) are also still in situ, whilst the factory-fitted 15" wheels are shod with period Pirelli P600 tyres. The brakes have been fully recommissioned, benefiting from new rear calipers, brake fluid and discs/pads.The accompanying service history file includes the original Ford service book, owner’s handbook, radio operation manual, numerous invoices, two Ford keys, old tax discs and MOT history certificates. If you are looking for an unmolested, original RS Cosworth, this is probably one of the worthiest candidates currently available. The lighter and rarer version of the Sapphire, this example is one for the Ford connoisseur and is offered at an attractive price guide, offering the new owner membership of the exclusive club of RS ownership.Specification Make: FORD Model: SIERRA SAPPHIRE RS COSWORTH 2WD Year: 1989 Chassis Number: WF0FXXGBBFJS34294 Registration Number: G399 MGH Transmission: Manual Engine Number: JS34294 Drive Side: Right-hand Drive Odometer Reading: 25115 Miles Make: RHDClick here for more details and images
Number 61 of the limited edition run of just 185 produced globally, UK-supplied in right-hand drive and showing just 18,636 miles from new. Introduced in 2007, the Gallardo Nera was an all-black, limited edition version designed to showcase the marques Ad Personam personalisation programme with only 185 planned for production. All were finished in Nero Serapis/Nero Noctis and featured special paintwork in matt black on the side mirrors, rear spoiler, rear body panels, roof, selected front panels and on the door sills and rear apron. White side indicator lenses and darkened tail lights complement the 'stealth mode' look of the exterior and the cars were presented on a set of 19" Satin Black 'Callisto' split-rim alloy wheels, housing silver Lamborghini-badged calipers and shod in Pirelli P Zero tyres. The interior is styled in the colours Nero Perseus and Bianco Polar using the bi-colour sportive equipment variant. A further branding package and the Ad Personam equipment package provides additional distinctive touches. The Leather II variant in Bianco Polar includes leather trims for the climate control operating panel, handbrake and gear lever console in addition to the inner door handles and seat side-cushions. The seats boast rhomboidal stitching in the Q-citura pattern, which can also be found on the Alcantara roof lining, door trims, the partition wall between the seats and the engine compartment. Instrument rings and decorative stitching on the steering wheel, plus white piping on the seats and mats, round off the interior.Factory-fitted options on these models included a rear-mounted reversing camera, electrically adjustable heated seats, dual-zone climate control with air conditioning, a front axle lift system, satellite navigation and a sport mode for the gearbox. Mechanically, the Nera was similar to the standard car and offered a 5-litre naturally-aspirated V10 engine, delivering 513bhp to all four wheels via a 6-speed, automated manual 'E-gear' transmission with steering wheel-mounted paddles and offering 0-60mph in four seconds on its way to 197mph.Only 185 Gallardo Nera were produced and of these, 60 were destined for the American market, 101 were sold in Europe and it's believed that only 24 right-hand drive cars were built, making this a very rare example. We understand from our vendor that when he purchased the Nera it was advertised that a former keeper was a famous golfer and the seller later confirmed that it had belonged to British Open-winning Ulsterman, Darren Clarke OBE.This fabulous Lamborghini has been meticulously cared for and is supplied with all its keys and a history file containing the book-pack, the comprehensive history, a recent health check and its current MOT Certificate. With only 185 worldwide, this is a rare and valuable supercar in fabulous condition and may turn out to be a very sensible investment.Recent Services (All BHP)22/04/2014 - 14,164 miles Major Service25/04/2015 - 15, 419 miles Annual Service27/04/2016 - 15, 907 miles Annual Service29/04/2017 - 16,616 miles Major Service 05/05/2018 - 17,147 miles Annual Service 08/05/2019 - 17,486 mile Annual Services29/05/2020 - 17,703 miles Major Service 02/12/2021 - 18,127 miles Annual Service 12/05/2022 - 18,239 miles Annual Service 25/01/2023 - 18,631 miles Major Service and new clutch Specification Make: LAMBORGHINI Model: GALLARDO NERA Year: 2007 Chassis Number: ZHWGE12T57LA04755 Registration Number: BX56 EKZ Transmission: Semi Automatic Engine Number: 07LA05126 Drive Side: Right-hand Drive Odometer Reading: 18636 Miles Make: RHDClick here for more details and images

Registration No: MAB 769P Chassis No: GHN5361631G MOT: ExemptDesirable overdrive exampleAccompanied by full weather equipment including rare hard-top!Minilite style alloy wheelsOffered with a history fileIntroduced in 1962, the MGB Roadster enjoyed an eighteen-year production run. With nicely balanced handling and a good turn of speed, it merited the old MG marketing slogan 'Safety Fast'. Based around a monocoque chassis featuring independent coil-sprung front suspension and a leaf-sprung 'live' rear axle, its 1798cc 'B' series four-cylinder engine was allied to a four-speed manual transmission. Capable of over 100mph, the provision of front disc brakes and rack-and-pinion steering greatly aided control.Manufactured new in 1975, this MG B was supplied new to the United Kingdom being first registered on the 1st of August that year. Finished in Blue paintwork with Black cloth interior upholstery and is accompanied by full weather equipment comprising full tonneau, hood tonneau cover, and hood, all trimmed in Black, as well as a body colour hard-top, albeit needs repainting. A desirable overdrive example that has been subject to a self-evident previous restoration, the MGB now presents with Minilite style alloy wheels painted in Dark Grey and shod with Pirelli P3000 tyres all round, and also features a chrome luggage rack and K&N air filters.Converted from rubber bumpers to chrome bumper specification in 2011, the parts included uprated and lower front springs and rear lowering kit, as well as the chrome bumpers, with the parts and fitment cost totalling some £1,700. Offered with a history file that includes a collection of invoices dating back to the 1980s, a large selection of MOT tests back to the early 1990s, a Haynes manual and spare parts catalogue, and current V5C document, as well as two sets of keys. Benefitting from a new battery in August last year, the Roadster started readily and both ran and drove well during our recent photography session, and is due to be driven some 40 miles to the sale. Registration No: S666 BJW Chassis No: WP0ZZZ98ZXS601360 MOT: March 202571,100 miles from new and 6 former keepersOffered with original owner wallet, handbook and service bookCollection of invoices and old MOT certificatesSubject to a new clutch and upgraded Bilstein dampers in current ownershipSupplied new by AFN Limited of SurreyThe Boxster was unveiled in late 1996 and was the first Porsche since the 550 Spyder to be designed from scratch as a Roadster. It was penned by Dutch designer Harm Lagaay, who was also primarily responsible for the 968, 993, Cayenne, 996 and Carrera GT. At launch it was 2.5-litres in capacity, but the standard offering was increased to 2.7-litres in 2000. The M96 engine related to that in the 996, and the newcomer also shared that car's bonnet, front wings and headlights. The suspension was independent all-round, braking by power-assisted ventilated discs and steering by rack and pinion.Supplied by AFN Limited in Surrey, this 986 Boxster 2.5 litre was first registered on the 24th June 1998. Presenting in the iconic and rare colour combination of Arena Red Metallic with the complementing Sahara Beige leather interior.Purchased by the current owner in September 2017, with c.50,000 miles, the odometer now displays 71,100 miles and the Boxster has benefitted from a new clutch, the main computer was replaced along with two new coded keys, four new ventilated and drilled discs, refurbished calipers and suspension components. The front and rear anti-roll bars and drop links were replaced, dampers upgraded to Bilstein units and all bushes replaced with Powerflex polypropylene. The original exhaust has been replaced with twin pipe units and the full coil pack replaced.Inside, there is a new aftermarket Sony radio unit, however, the original has been retained with the wiring intact, so that it could be put back for originality purposes. At some point, a new soft-top hood, with heated rear screen, was supplied and professionally fitted by Jasmine Porsche of Burnley. A new windscreen was fitted some 3 years ago due to stone chip breakage. This was the correct Porsche unit with an internal radio aerial and Green sun tint to the top section of the screen. At this point, the edge of the fitting area was checked and no corrosion was present. A new alarm control unit was fitted in 2015 A new battery was fitted some 2 years ago and a dedicated battery charger connection was fitted (no requirement for crocodile clips). Pirelli P7 tyres are fitted all round, with ‘a good tread depth present’.In March 2024 the car was taken for its MOT and a routine service, including oil and filter was carried out along with re-gassing of the air-conditioning more recently. The original owner’s wallet with handbook and service booklet is present and there is a collection of invoices and old MOT documentation. Offered with a current V5C. Pirelli and a Unipart Calendars. A quantity of calendars from the 1980s in cardboard original packaging, opened, to include:~ Two Pirelli 1984 calendars, one serial numbers, 39995 and 25570. 1984 finally saw the hotly awaited return of the Calendar. Under a new art director, Martyn Walsh, the Calendar went back to its roots, including discreet, almost subliminal references to the Group’s hero product: tyres. On the beaches of the Bahamas, alongside the beautiful models photographed for the 1984 Calendar by Uwe Ommer, mysterious tracks appeared in the sand: the tread pattern of Pirelli’s latest creation, the P6 tyre. In terms of product placement it was a subtle but all-pervasive presence, evoking the technology that dominated the era. Pirelli upped its ante internationally, launching high profile advertising campaigns (including the famous image of sprinter Carl Lewis in red stilettos) and the Calendar became one of the key tools for conveying the Group’s new image. The artistic direction moved into the company’s Milan headquarters and it was decided that all references to tyres should be dropped. “The Cal”™ thus went back to being itself, an artistic publication with no limitations or restrictions placed on its creators except the canons of style and good taste. Pirelli, after all, is an international brand that is not identified with a single product family, but evokes a broad spectrum of values and meanings, first and foremost a commitment to innovation and the quest for excellence, elements that have always inspired the Calendar too.~ Two Pirelli calandars, 'In praise of women' n 1994 Herb Ritts launched the new era of “The Cal”™ with a phenomenal line-up of supermodels: Cindy Crawford, Helena Christensen, Kate Moss and Karen Alexander. His calendar, entitled “A Homage to Women” set out to capture “the women of the ’90s and their place in the world: proud, sexy and beautiful on the inside”. Since then the creative talent of the photographers and the spellbinding allure of the models have been the cornerstones of the Pirelli Calendar’s success. Its connection with the world of fashion and glamour have become even stronger: for runway stars, appearing in “The Cal”™ is the equivalent of making it, and the competition between newcomers is fierce.
