A Russian porcelain cup and saucer. CIRCA 1830. With a richly-gilt scroll and flowerhead handle, painted with a circular three-quarter-length portrait of a man wearing a red cap and blue jacket, within a tooled oval cartouche and with a border of tooled stiff-leaves, reserved on a richly-gilt ground (some rubbing to gilding) (2).
