Capt Jock Lowe The Longest Serving Pilot Of Concorde signed 12 x 8 colour photo. Captain W. D. (Jock) Lowe began his association with Concorde in 1972 and continued with the aircraft until his retirement from British Airways in 2001. He is the Pilot who flew Concorde for longer than anyone else in its history. During this period of nearly 30 years Jock was an Instructor on Concorde, teaching new Pilots and Flight Engineers before eventually rising to become the Chief Pilot Concorde and eventually, the Director of Flight Operations for British Airways. Along the way Jock also took on the mantle of Concorde Commercial Manager from 1996-2001, being responsible for the profitability of the Concorde Fleet and amongst his achievements Jock has flown Her Majesty the Queen a number of times.
