Semi -pictorial with an image of a ship within a green shamrock top left, the rest is text regarding sailings in 1956 within a complete border of small shamrocks. Together with another poster advertising direct links to the Continent and Ireland, semi-pictorial with a large ship at top, by Wolstenholme. This one is somewhat ragged.

R. LALIQUE "Clytie, Source de la Fontaine", Model 838, frosted glass, circa 1924, designed for use in a fountain welcoming visitors to The Paris Exposition of 1925, 71 cm high, together with an associated modern adzed oak display case. CONDITION REPORTS Slightly dirty with one or two small pin head sized spots of white paint down one side, has some light scratches to the front, and centrally on the plain inner section there is a scratch running from one side to the other (see photo), chip to right-hand side of base of foot (see photo) approx. 2 x 2 cm and some surface scratches, bottom support has been crudely cut away (see photos), back of the piece shows scratching and areas of whitening (where it has probably been laid down on a hard surface), there is a chip to the back on one edge approx. 1.5 x 0.1 cm, also a section of white paint to one edge (see photo), hands show some slight faults from the original casting (see photo) but slightly uneven bubbles, and small pin head sized chip to the outer edge along the front of the gown (see photo).
A 19th Century Continental bronze figure of a kneeling fawn on a green marble rocky base, raised on a plinth, bearing silver plaque inscribed "Presented to Brig G R McMeekan DSO OBE By Officers and Staff of M.E.X.E as a token of appreciation of him as a Chief Superintendent 1946-1950", 24 cm high. CONDITION REPORTS The silver plaque is detached, and is also showing signs of tarnishing and wear. Just below the shoulder of the fawn's right arm is a crack all the way round the arm, similarly to his left arm, which also has signs of dirt or glue (we are unable to tell which) by his armpit. There is also a circular chip to his left bicep. The pin holding the fawn to the shaped rock on his right knee is visible. The bronze is showing signs of general wear as well as the base. One pin holding the fawn to the base is missing, allowing the figure to rotate on the square base. All over general signs of wear and tear. Base is quite rubbed and dull in colour
