Rare Royal Doulton figure - Angela HN1204Hairline crack to underside of base and possibly carrying on up to the foot rim. The same side of the foot rim also has crazing to the glaze. Her legs also have crazing/ cracks in the glaze. On one corner of the base plinth the yellow ish paint has worn off. The back of her fan has a crack from the base running upwards, approx 4cm long (see additional images depicting the damages).

Rare George III Silver churchwarden pipe with screw fittings by Samuel Pemberton, Birmingham 1811, 37 cmThe mouthpiece has a couple of dents and appears to have been crushed at some time, there are a few minor dents along the length of the stem and there are a couple of dents to the bowl. The marks are clear.
Rare mid 18th century engraved copper plate depicting an area of Clerkenwell - New River Head, believed to be a plan for water works, stamped 'C. Johnson' to rear, 22 x 24cm. NB: By family decent from an engineer at the Water Board. The present plate is believed to relate to the River Head project, the first large scale public water supply project, it has been set established that the plate may date to between 1730 (when the waste pond embankments and cistern house were built - present on this plate) and 1743 (a contemporary print shows more development at Sadlers Wells and Cow Layer).

CA. 1200 AD A rare enameled gold pendant with a crescent-shaped body with a central inset of polychrome enamels depicting pair of birds facing each other. The borders are embellished with an intricate rope- and scrollwork, five ribbed annular loops, and a large suspension hoop. He was the son of Nathaniel de Rothschild (1812-1870) and Charlotte de Rothschild (née de Rothschild) (1825-1899). Being born in France to British parents he was an English citizen but obtained French nationality in 1872. He was a prominent philatelist and published a book on the subject.
