'Batman and, of course, Robin' early British Quad 'Britian's First ever Cinethon' The Batman episodes were sometimes shown as a serial at the British cinemas particularly for childrens Saturday morning matinee performances. This very rare early British Quad is for the "Great Serial Classic that is electrifying America" from Columbia Pictures. This poster is in A condition and was printed in England by Kent Art Printers

Rare Pair Of Silver Lion Form Sabbath Candlesticks, Germany, Circa 1840, Judaica. Formed as rampant lions holding flowering sprays ending in leaf chased sconces with detachable nozzles. Domed bases applied at the top with insects and animals, the bases are embossed with cartouches enclosing - Isaac`s binding, Jacob`s dream, the lighting of Sabbath candles, Samson wrestling the lion, King Solomon`s trial and a shepherd looking heavenwards. Marked. Height - 21cm / 8.26in. 516gr / 16.6oz. some remains of the original gilding, minor professional restoration of two flowers and two leaves.
Bezalel Silver Traveling Miniature Hanukkah Menorah, Jerusalem, 1920s, Judaica. The thick backplate is chased with two lions flanking a seven light Menorah with the Hebrew inscription - Hanerut Halalu Kodesh Hem (these candles are holy). Fronted by a rectangular oil container with eight wick holders and inscribed in Hebrew - Bezalel, Yerushalem. No servant light (Shamosh). This kind of rare miniature traveling Menorahs were made for Bezalel exhibitions in Europe for the European Jewish Market. Height - 7cm / 2.75in. Weight - 106gr / 3.4oz.
Rare Complete Hamelech Esther Scroll (megillah) On Parchment, Russia, Ca 1870, Judaica. Handwritten by a scribe. Square print model Script with Chet of Rashi. Tagin on the letters ????? ?? and on the letters ??? ??? The scroll was written following a model of letters used frequently in the printed Hebrew books but rarely for Esther scrolls. Petuchot and setumot according to Rambam and Rosh. 50 lines. Parchment length - 52cm / 20.47in. Text height - 44.5cm / 17.52in.

The set contains 7 Nevi`im (prophets): 1.Joshua and Judges. 2.Samuel A+B 3.Kings A+B 4.Isaiah 5.Jeremiah 6.Ezekiel 7.Twelve, include all minor prophets - Tre Asar: Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, Malachi. And the 5 scrolls: 8. Song of Songs. 9. Esther. 10. Ruth. 11. Ecclesiastes. 12. Lamentations. All the twelve scrolls with wooden rollers in red velvet mantle with golden Star of David and the name of each scroll. Ashkenazi script. Parchment length: 50cm. Text height: 38cm. 51 lines. It is very rare to find these scrolls of the prophets and the five scrolls handwritten on parchment, and it is even rarer to find these scrolls in a complete set such as this one! The use of such scrolls on parchments was introduced by the Vilna Gaon in the 18th century.

A LAMP LIGHTERS CANE. Date: 1870. Country: English. What looks like an ordinary ivory topped Malacca is actually a rare system stick. The crop handle is ivory and decorated with a faux stitch to its underside unscrews from the shaft. Inside is an ornate brass taper lighter which would have been used to light the gas lamps of the time. Possibly of ecclesiastical origin. The cane is a Malacca with a two part metal ferrule. 34.5ins long.
Fragmented Fachralo Kazak rug, south west Caucasus mid-19th century, 5ft. 10in. x 4ft. 4in. 1.78m. x 1.32m. Overall uneven wear, reweaves and losses to ends and sides, heavy lower left edge. Reduced in size by uneven cut starting centre left edge and running across lower part of green rectangular medallion and across lower right border. Despite its battered and curtailed condition this remains a rare old Fachralo of archaic design and with wonderful colour.

A Burmese ruby and diamond ring, composed of a cushion-cut ruby to a surround of round brilliant-cut diamonds within a platinum setting, ruby 2.60 carat total, diamonds approx. 1.20 carat total, ring size N/O Accompanied by a SSEF certificate stating that the origin of this ruby is Burma and there is no indications of heat treatment, dated 26th September 2014, numbered 76678 A ruby from Burma is famous for its exceptional colouring, and has traditionally produced the finest Rubies. The most preferred colour is a deep blood red with a slightly bluish hue. Burmese Ruby rarely exceeds several carats. A fine Burmese Ruby can command more than an equally fine diamond of equal carat weight. The allure of these rare gems have enthralled collectors and admirers for Centuries. The unique combination of rutile inclusions, natural fluorescence and rich body colour results in a splendid and beautiful rare gemstone.
