Paladin carried and used his signature revolver throughout the series, notably wearing his customized gun belt when he dressed in all black to dispense justice. This lot originated from the collection of Academy Award®-winning special effects artist Logan Frazee, who provided effects for the series. It consists of a metal .45 revolver with a movable chamber and hard rubber grips; a black leather ammo belt with 25 nonfunctional metal .45 cartridges; and a leather holster with a metal "Paladin" chess knight figure. The belt is stamped with the maker Arvo Ojala "Pat. Pend." and the holster is etched "CBS" and "C4-14."
