A Royal Crown Derby Imari pattern coffee service, 1930's, of vase shape, coffee pot and cover 17cm h, printed mark, a pair of Royal Crown Derby teacups and saucers of the same pattern, 1907 and three Crown Derby and Royal Crown Derby Witches pattern saucers and two cups (22) Coffee service - teapot and cover in good condition, all four vase shaped cups cracked or chipped, sugar bowl cracked. Sold on the instructions of executors. 1968 Triumph TR5, Conifer Green, chassis No CP.1789, one of 1161 for the home market, with several factory options, including wire wheels and soft and surrey tops, a number of original parts (retained when replaced) and spares, spare parts catalogue and other period literature, Document V5C and SORN The sale of this classic 60's sports car affords a rare opportunity to acquire a sound and relatively unmolested example for recommissioning. The late owner, Mr S A Johnson, Papplewick, Nottingham, acquired the vehicle in November 1977 and in a letter to the DVLA in 2005 (copy available) he stated "Since my first[sic] ownership of the vehicle it has never been used or parked on a public road, it has always been garaged at one address or the other... as an indication of the use / activity of the vehicle in question since first purchased by myself the vehicle has covered 77 miles in 27 years and 9 months of ownership... The majority of these few miles were incurred on tow under trade plate cover to the coach builders who restored some body work around 1979/80 in Bulwell Nottingham" Mellors & Kirk acknowledges the assistance of David Groom in connection with this lot.

A pair of Bow figures of sportsman and companion, circa. 1756-60, both with dogs at their feet, 18cm high/see illustration CONDITION REPORT: sportsman in excellent condition, not even a chip to petal on base. His companion is missing her left arm. There is s very small flat chip tpo her hair on her left side. Some chipping and losses to flowers and leaves of bocage.
Various 18th Century English and Chinese porcelain with the Queen Charlotte and Royal Lily patterns, comprising a Worcester Queen Charlotte teapot and cover, circa 1770, a Chinese teapot and cover, a Chinese tea bowl with a rare Meissen mark, two Flight Royal Lily plates, five early Chamberlain plates and four cups and saucers, together with a Chinese prototype plate (19)/Provenance: from the Henry Sandon Study Collection CONDITION REPORT: Queen Charlotte pattern teapot and cover - with stained hairline crack curving across base and into body beside spout, firing crack to footrim and chipping to finial. The Chinese teapot and cover similar, with a replacement metal handle. The teabowl with a crossed swords and S. mark has a series of firing and hairline cracks to rim. The Chinese small side plate with a version of the Royal Lily pattern with minute chipping to rim. The remaining Royal Lily plates and saucer dishes are ok other than some minor wear. A Royal Worcester earthenware plaque by Albert Binns (1862-1882), sgraffito decoration of the head of a St Bernard, printed mark with date letter S/Note: Albert was the young son of Worcester factory owner R. W. Binns. Albert died aged only twenty, having created just a small number of sgraffito plaques/Provenance: from the Henry Sandon Study Collection CONDITION REPORT: Flat chip to the edge of the rim which is approx. 1.3cm wide and a further much smaller chip to rim, otherwise there is some minor wear.
