It differs from the standard quad, as the title is shown in a larger dimension and is not embedded into the image as the more common style. It is believed that this poster was only used for the premiere showing of the film in London and was used at only the one event. It isn't shown in the UK pressbook and is one of the rarest James Bond posters known.This extremely rare poster was trimmed on the top, bottom, and right side. Two inches were removed from both the top and bottom, and 2.5 inches from the right side, which included the 'A' rating and the printer's information at the bottom. The restoration was well-executed.Sean Connery's second mission as Agent 007 pits him against Red Grant, his deadliest foe, and Rosa Klebb, who wields a dagger in her shoe.This lot will be auctioned on Thursday, September 12th.
