The walls measure a minimum of .18 right and .28 left. The bores are clean there are only a few light shadows of pitting in both tubes. The blacking to the barrels is in good order with only slight wear. The barrels are on face and tight on the action with no wobble with the forend removed. There is some light speckling to the action, the trigger guard has some corrosion spots, there is some light corrosion between the right barrel face and the fence. The actions function correctly with snap caps. The stock is free from splits or repairs, there are occasional scratches and dents from use but nothing defacing. There is a short split to the forend on the thin part of the wood where it meets the barrel, this has been glued and looks to be stable.

The bore is bright and free from pitting. The action functions correctly with snap caps but has not been tested with live ammunition and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

The barrel has an old refinish to it which has started to wear away. There is some light surface pitting underlying this old refinish. The bore is good but there are some light surface pits similar to that of the outside of the barrel. The walls look reasonably thick at the muzzle and therefore will probably be good enough to allow lapping the bore and still leaving the barrel walls reasonably thick. The nipple is missing. The action works correctly with a strong mainspring. The hammer is possibly a replacement. The stock has a spliced in repair beside the side nail which holds the lock plate on. There is an old refinish to the stock which is starting to chip away in places.  There are lots of scratches and dents.

The butt plate still has some overall pitting and a dark patina.  The barrel is in proof, rings when tapped and there are no dents visible. The bores are clean and generally free from pitting however there are a few dark spots still present which were too deep to lap out during the restoration process. The barrel is on face and tight on the action with no wobble with the forend removed. The action functions correctly with a strong spring. The butt stock has a split on the right-hand side relating to the butt plate screw, there are several other shakes in the wood ahead of this fault, all that can be seen in image 3 online. Outside of this, the woodwork is free from splits or repairs, there are occasional scratches and dents from use but nothing defacing. 

W. Atkinson and W. Richards Liverpool 28 bore side by side hammer gun, serial number 2687, with 28" barrels by Richards with Birmingham nitro proofs, scroll engraved actions with Atkinson's name engraved, figured Prince of Wales stock with vacant cartouche. The barrels have overall pitting and there is some heavier pitting on the inside, the rest of the metalwork has some pitting and there is fresh corrosion to most metal parts. There is a noticeable wobble between barrel and action. The stock has some scratches dents and marks but no splits or repairs. Both hammers are missing from the actions.

AYA matador 12 bore side by side shotgun, serial number 511738, 28inch barrels with half and quarter chokes, 70mm chambers, Spanish proof marks, single trigger with barrel selector, chequered pistol grip stock. UK FIREARMS SHOTGUN LICENCE OR RFD REQUIRED. 14.5" LOP The gun is in average general condition showing some usage and age marks.  The barrels are in proof, ring when tapped and there are no dents visible. The bores are clean and free from pitting. The blacking to the barrels is in good order with only slight wear and some light scratching to the finish.  The barrels have a very slight wobble with the forend removed indicting the gun has had a bit of use with heavy loads. The actions function correctly with snap caps. The screws all show signs of being worked indicting that the gun has been apart at least once in the past. The stock is free from splits or repairs, there are scratches and dents from use but nothing defacing. The forend has a superficial split that where the wood meets the action body, this can be seen in the main images online as a dark line.

The bores are filthy and need a good clean. There is some surface corrosion and there may be underlying pitting. There is a strange dent to the left-hand tube close to the breech, see additional image which has been uploaded. The left tube is also ever so slightly off round at the muzzle. The actions both work correctly with strong springs. The nipples look original but do not look like the would remove to easily. The stock has a split at the wrist as well as some chipping and damage around the right-hand lock plate. There are scattered patches of pitting throughout the gun the worst being that to the butt plate.
