The base further stamped 'Storr & Mortimer' and numbered '58'. The marks are generally clear. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. The wear is noticeable as a softening to the engraving. There is some cracking and discolouration to the ivory insulators which show no signs of having been added or altered in any way.
