Three William IV Painted Walnut Truncheons, one with button topped domed pommel, the blue field painted with two crowned WR cyphers in yellow, red and white, with blade knopped haft and shallow domed butt, 54cm; one with flattened pommel double struck I.BEDFORD, the brown field painted with a crown over IV over cursive WR, with ring turned grip, 38cm; one with blue field painted with W IV over a crown over a portcullis in red and gold, with slender cylindrical grip and rounded butt, 40.5cm (3). 1 - Chips to button pommel and butt, painted finish with scrubbed appearance. 2 - Chip to edge of pommel, crackling and crazing to the painted surface. 3 - Bruising to the main body of the truncheon and wear to the painted surface.
