Ca. 664 - 30 BC A Phoenician glass bead necklace and bracelet. The necklace is made of Phoenician yellow, red, and green beads alternated with seed-shaped glass beads. Phoenician glass production is a testament their ingenuity and craftsmanship. The heart of Phoenician glass production lay in coastal cities such as Sidon and Tyre, where abundant resources like silica sand, soda ash and lime were readily available. These raw materials, combined with their expertise in furnace technology, allowed the Phoenicians to produce glass of exceptional quality. HistoryThe all time British Classic, The Triumph Stag, a 2+2 sport tourer designed by the Italian designer Giovanni Michelotti. With just 25,939 produced it was envisioned as a luxury sports car, designed to compete directly with the Mercedes-Benz SL model. Michelotti’s design featured a quad lamp grille and sculpted front and rear ends, the latter destined to appear on many future triumphs. The padded ‘T’-shaped roll bar bracing the door pillars and windscreen was one of the Stag’s most distinctive features, the model was available in soft-top, hardtop, or soft-top with a removable hardtop option. The interiors were described by Motorsport as ‘well equipped and appointed’ having all the usual instrumentation one would expect in a high performance car’OverviewVRM: VNP 158LMoT: ExemptEvery now and then a truly jaw dropping car comes on to the market and this is one of those moments, a car that has not only been nurtured through time but had its every need catered for on a outstanding scale!Presented in vibrant red with contrasting black interior this is an example like no other having previously undergone a FOUR YEAR restoration. The car, previously a feature on the front page of ‘Triumph World’ retains its Triumph SOHC V8 cast-iron block with aluminium alloy cylinder heads. Equipped with twin Stromberg 175 CD2SEV carburettors, the unit as supplied in 1973 channels an increased compression rating of 9.25:1 (up from 8.8:1) and was rated at 146BHP DIN at 5,700rpm.Complete with its removable contrasting white hardtop, this car is impeccable, aftermarket anti-buffering screen fixed to the T-bar converts the Stag into a snug two-seater convertible. Although originally brown in colour and repainted red during its course of restoration, and technically a MkII Stag (introduced in February 1973) this car has certain features from the later MkIII version – such as the polished aluminium sill covers and five spoke alloy wheels which were an optional extra for the MkII.It would be nigh on impossible to detail the work this car has undergone, however the comprehensive folder is crammed with invoices for tens upon tens of thousands. The files are complete in every way, to include, complete strip and rebuild records, restoration photographs, supplier invoices, service records, battery –carburettor - geometry- paint and tyre records, manuals, photographic C.D, flash-drive USB and parts and repair C.D. decades of previous MoT and tax discs. In our opinion, one of the best Stag’s on the market today and a credit to its vendor and those that were challenged in its restoration.MoT History and Mileage17/07/2023 - 442321/06/2022 - 410902/06/2021 - 324426/06/2019 - 263616/05/2018 - 173608/07/2017 - 0345 (replaced speedometer)30/06/2016 - 79,86923/06/2015 - 77,53915/07/2014 - 75,05312/07/2013 - 72,69617/07/2012 - 70,01514/07/2011 - 68,03809/07/2010 - 66,31609/07/2009 - 65,07015/07/2008 - 63,83811/07/2007 - 63,085View more - https://hansonsclassics.com/car/1973-triumph-stag-3-0l-v8-manual/

Registration No: F3 CBR Frame No: JH2PC31AXWM306954 MOT: NoneGood quality Repsol Honda team coloursFitted with a Scorpion Titanium end-can'F3 CBR' registration number with a V5CThe Honda Motor Company was founded by Soichiro Honda in 1937, initially producing piston rings for Toyota, and have gone on to produce over 400 million two-wheelers as well as millions of other power products. The CBR inline four-cylinder sports bike range was launched in the late 1980s and has gone on to win many world championships and TT races in production-based series. The Spanish oil company Repsol has been the main sponsor of Honda’s Grand Prix team for several years with riders such as Mick Doohan, Valentino Rossi, Nicky Hayden, Casey Stoner and Marc Marquez all winning world championships in their colours. This CBR600 is from a deceased estate, so unfortunately not much is known of its history. It appears to have been an ongoing project and has been professionally refinished in Repsol Honda Grand Prix team colours. A lot of money has been spent on this bike including a Scorpion Titanium end can, new and unused wavy disc, a new front tyre, handlebar raisers and adjustable levers. The bike has been stood for a while so it will need some recommissioning and comes together with a very suitable registration number of 'F3 CBR' and a current V5C. Registration No: GBD 770D Frame No: 1068572 MOT: ExemptAuthentically restored mid 1960s QuicklyOver a million made but not many survivorsSupplied with a current V5CThe first NSU motorcycle appeared in 1901 followed by a NSU car in 1905. The devastation of WW2 left NSU’s factories completely destroyed, but they resumed production of their pre-war models in 1946 and introduced the Max in 1953. By 1955 NSU had become the largest motorcycle producer in the world and was said to have inspired Soichiro Honda in his early designs. The Max had some very innovative features including a monocoque frame made from pressed steel, a design that was later inherited by other models in the range including the famous Quickly 50cc moped. More than a million Quicklys were made to various specifications built with typical German quality and featuring advanced designs such as a chrome bore, thought to be a more recent innovation. First sold in the UK in 1954, they were actually distributed by Vincent Motorcycles alongside their own bigger bikes. This Quickly in the classic NSU colours of Blue and Cream has been restored keeping a good degree of originality even down to the tyre pump attached to the rear carrier. Although it was one of the top selling mopeds in its day across Europe, very few have survived. It comes supplied with a current V5C.
