A 19th century German violin. Bearing two inner labels, the first reads 'Streich-Instrumenten-Fabrik Von Gebrüder Wolff in Kreuznach', the second label reads 'Francesco Ruggeri dett in Cremona l'anne 1684'. The violin has a two-piece back and comes with a case. The length of the back is 36cm, with the overall length of the instrument being 59cm.
A German violin. Labelled 'Antonius, & Hieronymus FR. Amati Cremonen Andrea fil F .1679 Made In Germany'. The two-piece back has a length of 35.5cm, with the overall length of the instrument being 60cm, case included. The fingerboard is loose and the neck has pulled forward away from the body, most likely due to string tension. This has also pushed the ribs on both sides of the heel forward and will need to be repaired with glue.

Very large collection of one hundred and ninety Classical LPs with ultra rarities, includes Mendelssohn and Bruch Violin Concertos (Decca SXL 2006) with blue back cover, Brahms Piano Concerto No1 Arrau (Columbia SAX 2387) with Garrod & Lofthouse cover, Bach Harpsichord Recital (Decca SXL 2259), Britten / Rostropovich (Decca SXL 6138), Sonata No 2 in E minor for violin & piano OP 108 (Decca LXT 2810) plus in excess of twenty five more early Decca / Columbia releases, most appear 1950's and 1960's but some later. Condition of vinyl appears very clean, many have original company inner sleeves including Deutsche Grammophon, Philips, RCA, HMV, Parnast, Archiv etc

A Lladro figure group of mother and child angels (PV87W) circa 2001, 29.5 cm high together with a Lladro figure of angel flautist (flute missing) No. 5493 circa 1987, Lladro figure of an angel harp player (CD42Y) circa 1998 and another of a violin player (VR73V) circa 2001 (bow missing) and five Continental blanc de chine figures of cavorting cherubs CONDITION REPORTS Lladro figures only: as per discription violin player missing violin and has a broken finger. German porcelain miniature orchestra/theatre group and audience. 20th century Rudolstadt Volkstedt Dresden. Includes pianist and piano, 3 violin players, a cello/double base player, a flautist, 3 couples, and 3 other figures and 2 music stands. This set was believed to have been saved (either looted or liberated) from a German castle at the end of WW2 and British officers are said to have blown the safe in which they were found. Condition: very good with no apparent issues apart from one music stand has come apart (see picture) Tallest approx 7 cm
