Registration No: S879 JCU Chassis No: WP0ZZZ99ZWS605855 MOT: August 2025Highly desirable UK-supplied ‘C16’ example with manual transmission and the Sports Package (sports seats, sports suspension, LSD)Current ownership since 2004 and 98,000 milesBenefitting from a full engine overhaul and further improvement at 71,000 milesNon-sunroof car and fitted with the aero bodykitAsked to nominate his favourite generation of Porsche 911 during its 50th Anniversary celebrations in 2013, racing driver and journalist Tiff Needell chose the 996 commenting: "This was the model that brought the 911 into the modern world. We finally got rid of the VW pedals and had a chassis that handled in a much more progressive and controllable manner. Not a convert before completely converted after!" Traditionalists may have decried the 996's water-cooled engine and shared Boxster componentry, however, the newcomer's use of a brand-new platform (the 911's first since 1963) meant that it was notably lighter, stiffer, and more aerodynamic than its 993 predecessor. Equipped with four-valve cylinder heads, the 996's 3.4-litre engine developed 296bhp and 258lbft (outputs comparable to those of the 993 Carrera RS's 3.8-litre unit). Allied to either a six-speed manual or five-speed Tiptronic transmission, the free-revving flat-six enabled the 2+2-seater to sprint to 60mph in 5 seconds and onto 174mph. More ergonomically laid out and spacious than that of any previous 911, the 996's cabin also boasted a far better HVAC system. Early 3.4-litre 996 cars are increasingly sought after because of their stronger dual-row IMS bearings and mechanical throttles.Supplied new to the United Kingdom on the 1st August 1998, the 911 offered is finished in Arctic Silver paintwork with Blue leather interior upholstery and is a desirable early example with manual transmission and without sunroof. Specified from new with the Sports Package which included sports suspension, electric sports seats, LSD, and 18’’ two-piece sports wheels, the 911 was also specified with option ‘09991’, the ‘Manufacture for Exclusive - Programme’ and is believed to have been fitted with the Aero bodywork from new. Entering current ownership in 2004, the 911 is offered now having covered some 98,000 miles. Benefitting from a full engine overhaul (including re-sleeving by AutoFarm Porsche), one new radiator, refurbished alloys, and the air conditioning matrix replaced at c.71,000 miles by Bowling-Ryan Ltd., the 911 is offered with the Porsche book pack wallet, including the stamped service book, invoice for the Bowling-Ryan overhaul, MOT history, a current MOT until August 2025 and a current V5C document, as well as the original tool kit and warning triangle. Registration - D734 KNBChassis No. - WP0ZZZ94ZGN405877M.O.T. - NOOdometer - 172,000Presenting in popular Sapphire Metallic Grey, ‘D73 KNB’ bears all the hallmarks of a 1986 example of Porsche’s 2.5-litre sports coupe. ‘D73 KNB’ is being offered by the current keeper of 16-years with the odometer showing 172,144 miles. The last MOT was undertaken in April 2020 and ‘D73 KNB’ has not turned a wheel since but has been garage stored throughout its current ownership. Offered here with NO RESERVE and complete with numerous bills, invoices and original manuals. ‘D73 KNB’ has a category C insurance marker listed against it dating from January 1997.As essentially a “Porschificaton” of the Volkswagen derived 924, the 944 went on to be the marque’s most successful car until the advent of the Boxster. Gone was the 2-litre VW engine in favour of a home grown 2.5 litre unit. ‘D73 KNB’ exhibits the muscular front and rear haunches that added some welcome road presence to the mix. With the body and paintwork vendor rated as “good,” some room for improvement is noted. There are a few areas of bubbling paintwork here and there but nothing out of kilter with ‘D73 KNB’s’ age and mileage. The 7J x 16-inch seven spoke alloys are finished in body colour and exhibit a little lacquer deterioration in places. The sports orientated cabin mixes elements of the original brown pinstriped upholstery with some later additions. A pair of rally style front seats have been fitted and are finished in red and black fabric. An aftermarket, three spoke SELM steering wheel is also fitted along with a contemporary Sony head unit. The rest is standard 944 fare and looks to be in a good, overall condition. An electric and removeable steel roof panel is present as are electric windows and exterior mirrors. The key differentiator between the 924 and 944 was the latter’s Porsche developed and produced M44/40 2.5 litre inline four cylinder engine. Its 160bhp was a welcome trade up from the 924’s 125bhp and the unit was notably more refined, too. In 1985, and so featuring on ‘D73 KNB’ some further refinements were made including a new instrument binnacle an upgraded alternator and a higher capacity sump.In summary:· Offered from long term enthusiast ownership· Presenting in a popular and period appropriate livery· Complete with ample provenance providing paperwork
Registration - AK51 SWKChassis No. - ZAMAA38D000004150M.O.T. - September 2025Odometer - 32,438This exceptional Maserati 3200 GT is a genuine one-owner from new example, presented in pale blue. Featuring Maserati’s 3.2-litre twin-turbo V8 up front, ‘AK51 SWK’ is fitted with the four-speed automatic for a true Grand Tourer experience. Maserati’s famous boomerang rear lights are the highlight of the exterior features, this 3200 GT is awash with fantastic touches, such as the iconic trident on the C-pillars, wheels, and grille, and the quad exhausts hinting at performance potential. The cabin is trimmed in cream leather upholstery, covering the seats, centre console, and much of the dashboard and doors, though there is contrasting grey leather topping the dash and flowing to the base of the doors.A low mileage example, ‘AK51 SWK’ comes with 10 months MOT. The cam belt was changed 4,000 miles ago, and the vendor has cherished this Italian thoroughbred. There is no rust reported anywhere, either on the underside or showing in the body panels, and the 3200 GT comes with two keys. An indicated 32,438 miles on the odometer shows that it has been enjoyed, but not extensively, in its 23 years on the road, and the owner rates this Maserati as in exceptional overall condition, with all aspects - including engine, transmission, electrics, bodywork, interior, and paint - considered ‘excellent’.Beautifully kept Maserati 3200 GT autoFeatures the characterful 3.2-litre twin-turbo V8Genuine one owner exampleIntroduced in 1998, Maserati eschewed the tradition of naming its models after winds, because VW had the rights to the name it wanted, so the 3200 GT was launched. Linking back to the 3500 GT, Maserati’s first GT, the name comes from the 3.2-litre twin-turbo V8 under the bonnet, which produced 370hp when new. One of the most striking design touches on the sleek four-seater were the thin, curved ‘boomerang’ rear lights, which were dropped for more conventional clusters when the 3200 GT was replaced with the similar 4200 GT. Available with either manual or automatic transmission, the 3200 GT also saw a Assetto Cross special edition launched in 2001, with just 259 models produced, featuring a special handling package for improved performance. The 3200 GT was produced for four years when replaced by what was an evolution model, the 4200 GT, in 2002.
Registration - GUU 446JChassis No. - 1112786968M.O.T. - ExemptOdometer - 60,000This gorgeous 1971 Volkswagen Beetle 1300 is being offered at No Reserve. It is described as a well looked after car, one that comes with plenty of paperwork from acclaimed VW experts. The full service history is combined with an odometer reading just 60,000 miles. The Cremeweiss paintwork adorns a solid body, says the vendor, which they describe as in ‘good’ condition. It is a “real head-turner” and has formed part of their wedding car fleet, making it a truly well-loved car over the years. ‘GUU446J’ boasts staggered alloy wheels with 205/65 R15 rears and 175/55 R15 at the front, all with tyres still with plenty of life left. It has twin stainless steel exhaust pipes, stainless steel polished bumpers and a cream metal dashboard. A period push-button Blaupunkt radio is another retro touch. The vendor says it had a pre-MOT test in November, with master cylinder, horn, lights and wheel alignment rectified. They also rate the 1300cc flat-four engine, four-speed manual gearbox and electrics as all being in ‘good’ condition. The car has only had 10 pervious keepers, more than half the number that is usual for a 53-year-old vehicle. The vendor has owned it for more than a decade. They add that they have applied for a new V5, too. Of course, the Volkswagen Beetle needs no introduction. Designed before WWII, production was restarted by the Allies, and it quickly developed into an export sensation. Brilliant marketing and advertising in America during the 1960s saw it become particularly popular over there, and this cool, friendly image helped the Beetle endure for many decades. Today, an entire community thrives around it, and running a classic Beetle is both affordable and straightforward. As they say, once you’ve got the bug… · 1971 Volkswagen Beetle offered at No Reserve· Odometer reads just 60,000 miles with full service history· Original period look includes a push-button Blaupunkt radio
Registration - M444 AASChassis No. - ZAMAA38D000004603M.O.T. - September 2025Odometer - 70,000Stylish and sumptuous - yet almost menacing - in all-black this example of Maserati’s 3200 GT coupe is finished in Nero Carbonio, and offered at no reserve. Powered by Maserati’s twin-turbocharged 3.2-litre V8 - rated at more than 365hp when new - ‘M444 AAS’ is fitted with a four-speed automatic transmission, driving the rear wheels. That Nero Carbonio exterior sits over a cabin trimmed in Nero Connolly leather, with Rosso red piping and carbon fibre dashboard inserts. Maserati’s titanium-coloured 15-spoke alloy wheels complement the design of the 3200 GT Asseto Corsa, while the badge’s suffix means it comes with equipment such as drilled aluminium pedals, aluminium kick plates, and Larini stainless steel quad-exhaust system. Other Asseto Corsa elements include a switchable handling pack, incorporating lowered suspension with stiffer springs and larger anti-roll bars, as well as larger brake discs. There were just 75 Asseto Corsa cars brought to the UK, each individually numbered, and ‘M444 AAS’ is number 21 - there were only 250 models worldwide. Supplied new to Lancaster in Colchester, the 3200 GT was serviced by the dealership until 2008, and then McGrath Maserati, ensuring a full service history. ‘M444 AAS’ is supplied with stamped service records, owners handbook with radio manual, original warranty documents, and even tax discs from 2005 until 2015. Prior to ownership by the present keeper - just the fourth in more than 23 years on the road - this 3200 GT Asseto Corsa was part of a Maserati collection according to the vendor. Reading an indicated 70,000 miles on the odometer, ‘M444 AAS’ had a cam belt change earlier this year, along with full service in May - including auxiliary belt, antifreeze, and differential oil change. Drop links were both replaced, and the suspension stripped with bushes replaced on the nearside as part of MOT advisories; work was carried out by Maserati specialists, and the contactless throttle body was also replaced. The vendor describes the engine and paintwork as in ‘below average’ condition, the bodywork and interior as ‘average’, and the transmission and electrics as ‘good’.Offered at no reserveRare Asseto Corsa specification Maserati 3200 GTExtensive service record and folder of paperworkMaserati introduced the 3200 GT in 1998 eschewing the tradition of naming its models after winds, because VW had the rights to the name it wanted. Official Porsche Classic Restoration exampleRecently magazine featuredVolkswagen's decision not to proceed with their designed-by-Porsche 914 replacement led to the latter taking on the project themselves. Launched in November 1975, the resulting 924 drew heavily on Volkswagen/Audi components: the two-litre, four-cylinder, overhead-camshaft engine being a development of the Audi 100's, and the four-speed transaxle a VW unit. A five-speed Porsche-designed gearbox and improvements to the suspension were early developments, and in 1978 came the first truly high-performance 924 - the Turbo. The latter's extra 45bhp raised top speed to around 150mph.First registered on 1st July 1980, this 924 had travelled some 96, 000 miles when the car was selected to participate in a nationwide competition run by Porsche. This well-documented concours level restoration was carried out in-house at the official Porsche centre to compete against the country’s other official dealers. There was an edge to this friendly competition with each official workshop keen to show the nation they were superior!Three main philosophies drove Porsche Centre Bournemouth’s publicised account of the restoration: to find a car that needed the most attention in all areas, to find a rare model and to retain the integrity of the original car. They state that to achieve their third objective, it was imperative to approach the restoration methodically, beginning with a complete vehicle strip-down and assessment of the interior, bodywork and mechanical work required. With a comprehensive bare metal repaint in the original Guards Red and a subsequent complete nut/bolt rebuild restoration, documented photographically and together with corresponding Porsche invoices included within its history file. An understated 550+ man-hours, this Porsche 924 Turbo must be the best example in the world. Should anyone look to replicate and use official Porsche workshop labour complete with all genuine Porsche-supplied parts, this restoration would have an estimated cost more than £150,000.After completion, Porsche recreated the original 1979 advert using this car and a framed copy of each sits neatly with the full photographic restoration folder and extensive invoice file on display. The car remained the property of the Official Porsche Centre Bournemouth until 2021, proudly displayed in their state-of-the-art showroom before moving to a private collection from which it is offered today. Having only covered minimal miles since the restoration, this rare 924 remains in exemplary condition and would fit into any serious Porsche collection.
