An Early 20th Century Heriz Carpet woven in colours of ivory, navy blue and wine, with a bold central stylised floral medallion, conforming spandrels, the field filled with stylised geometric and floral motif, on a wine ground, within five stripe borders filled with meandering vine pattern, 15ft x 10ft 9insThis carpet very flat on the floor, there appear to be no areas of wear (low pile) or historic moth damage, all four edge bindings or self edges are fully intact with no signs of fraying, there are no signs of fading, and the colours remain vivid, overall the carpet is in excellent condition

An Early 20th Century Kirman Carpet, woven in colours of ivory, navy blue, pale blue, rose and wine, the field filled with trailing leaf and floral ornament, on a pale blue ground, within conforming seven stripe borders filled with meandering vine pattern 12ft 9ins x 7ftThis carpet lies very flat on the floor, on the top right hand side is a small hole around 3ins in diameter, and on the left side in the middle section there is a small hole around 2ins in diameter, and in the centre in the lower mid section there is a small repair around 4ins in diameter. Overall there are no areas of any historic moth damage or wear (low pile) and all four edge bindings or self edges are fully intact with no signs of fraying. The colours remain vivid with no signs of fading, overall this carpet is a good example, however, very unfortunate about the damage, as otherwise it appears to be in a fair condition

Colours remain vivid. Right top side it is slightly faded, generally in a good clean condition, overall fairly good

A Set of Eight Early Victorian Mahogany Dining Chairs, including two armchairs, each with plain crest rails, reeded splats, the drop-in seats upholstered in wine coloured dralon, on square tapered front legs with H-pattern stretchersThe drop in seats on all of the chairs appear to be in relatively good overall condition with no obvious damage/loss/tears/rips or stains. All of the chairs are relatively tight in the joints, around the crest rails, uprights, aprons and splats there are some general light scattered scratches and darker polish staining build up. Overall these chairs are in a relatively good condition.
